Return Policy:

Our Return Policy is in place to address any issues with damaged shipments, defective merchandise, or products that do not meet your expectations. Please take a moment to review the full details of our policy below.


To ensure a smooth process, it is important that damaged items are not accepted upon delivery. Once you have signed for and accepted your item, any damage claims become your responsibility. If we have the ability to work out a special exception with the manufacturer we will do so.


If you receive and sign for a product that is damaged or does not meet your needs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. For defective items after initial use, contact us immediately so we can advise the next steps. We are always here to help!


In the event that you need to make a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without a valid RA will not be accepted. Please note that we treat each return request on a case by case basis as our goal is to ensure a positive experience for our clients. If we are able to receive an approval from the manufacturer without penalty we will be happy to your restocking fee. Return shipping fees will be charged and are non-negotiable for a return on a non-defective product.


Returns for new, boxed items are accepted within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days we treat each return request on a case by case basis. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are non-refundable.


Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging, product literature, and warranty cards included. The item should be returned using the same shipping method as it was originally sent.


Please be aware that we do not accept returns for air conditioners, special orders, or accessories. Diamond Appliance Group reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled before your item(s) are shipped.*

A cancellation fee may apply. Once the item(s) are shipped, please refer to our Return Policy. Diamond Appliance Group reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

*Exceptions:

Items that are marked as Special Order cannot be cancelled. You will be charged upon placing your order and the purchase will be considered final sale (non-refundable).
