At Diamond Appliance Group, we work with a vast network of shipping partners across the country to provide free threshold delivery on the majority of our appliances in nearly all regions. Our friendly delivery team will greet you with a smile when they arrive at your residence and guarantee the safe arrival of your new appliances. Plan your day ahead, as our team will reach out the day before your scheduled delivery to provide you with a delivery window.
Delivery to certain remote or rural areas may not qualify for Free Delivery and may incur an additional surcharge.
Standard Free Delivery includes:
- Delivery to your room of choice*

Standard Free Delivery does NOT include:
- Stairs/Steps
- Unpacking
- Plugging in
- Installation
- Debris/Packaging removal
- Haul Away/Removal of old appliances
Additional charges may apply for:

- Ferry Delivery

Remote/Rural Areas:
Delivery to remote/rural areas may incur an additional surcharge. Ferry Delivery: There is an additional charge for any orders that need to be delivered with a ferry. This is a non-negotiable flat fee. The most common areas that need a ferry for delivery include: Fire Island, Shelter Island, parts of Washington State and parts of Massachusetts (Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, etc.).
APOs/PO Boxes/International:
We do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes. Diamond Appliance Group only ships to the continental United States. We do not ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international addresses; however, we can ship to freight forwarders. Diamond Appliance Group is not responsible for products moved out of the continental United States, all warranties will be void.
